1. Speaker agrees to comply with all conference-related deadlines provided by organizer including but not limited to deadlines for confirmation of participation, conference registration, and provision of presentation materials to organizer. If speaker fails to comply with published deadlines, organizer has the right to cancel the speaking engagement.
    2. Speakers are invited in their capacity of globally recognized experts in their related industry field and asked to make presentations based on personal and professional knowledge, expertise and experience. 
    3. Speakers are kindly asked to refrain from any type of promotion and advertising in their presentation – use of visuals (logos and other recognizable symbols related to a brand), promotion of products or any type of services.  The organizers reserve the right to ask for such to be removed or decline the presentation in compliance with the “Speaker Agreement” and “Terms & Conditions” for participation. 
    4. Opportunities to showcase brand and company visuals, promote and showcase products and services of a private entity are available though the World Digital Weeks partnership packages and subject of separate agreement. 
    5. Information is available in the “Become a Sponsor” and “Become an Exhibitor” sections, or you can contact the organizers directly and it will be send to you shortly. 
    6. Speaker agrees to notify organizer staff immediately if an emergency prevents him/her from meeting his/her obligations as a speaker. Replacement speakers and topics will be assigned at the sole discretion of organizer; speakers will not select their own replacements.
    7. Speaker authorizes organizer to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, and biographical data for the promotion of the conference.
    8. Speaker acknowledges the presentation will not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark, and privacy rights), will be factually accurate, and will contain nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful. Speaker will obtain all necessary permissions or licenses from any individuals or organizations whose material is included or used in the presentation.
    9. Speaker will be responsible for all expenses connected with conference participation. Speaker will not receive any royalties, honoraria, reimbursement of expenses, or other compensation from organizer in connection with the conference or the rights granted below.
    10. Speaker grants to organizer a royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute his/her presentation (including all presentation materials) in any way in the future, with appropriate attribution. Speaker understands that this license does not change the fact that speaker retains copyright ownership of the presentation.
    11. Speaker understands that organizer will be can distribute of the recording , along with any supporting materials. 

      By completing the online speakers proposal form, you are affirming that you agree to this speaker agreement.
